How accurate are your takeoffs?

Each takeoff is measured by a civil engineer and checked against a written QC list before delivery. Every assumption is written down, so you can see how anything unclear was handled.

How fast will I get it back?

48 hours for residential and small jobs. Larger projects get a delivery date set around your bid date. Rush 24-hour delivery is available when we have capacity.

Are my drawings kept confidential?

Yes. Plans are used only for your takeoff, never shared, and deleted on request. We sign NDAs.

Who gets the free takeoff?

Contractors and estimating firms starting a monthly plan. Send one live project, we deliver the full takeoff free, and if our numbers hold up your plan starts from the next job. One-off projects are quoted at our standard rate.

How do I pay?

Wise or PayPal. One-off jobs under $500 are paid upfront and larger jobs are split 50/50. Monthly plans are billed 50% at the start of the month and 50% two weeks later.
